The Basel frame, designed and tested true in the streets Portland Oregon!
Made of full 4130 Chromoly, Doublebutted TT and DT, heat treated HT and BB, and like our Rose bars the frame is dipped (not painted) in black for that full rust protection inside and out. Handmade in Taiwan.
